  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mozzarella cheese

Preparation

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400F
  2. Step 2: Rinse the artichokes under cold water, then remove the stems and tough outer leaves
  3. Step 3: Cut off the top inch of each artichoke and scoop out the fuzzy choke with a spoon
