Ingredients
- 2 large artichokes
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 cup cooked sausage, sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Preparation
- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 425F (220C)
- Step 2: Rinse the artichokes under cold water, then remove the stems and tough outer leaves
