Ingredients
- 3 large ripe bananas
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation
- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350F and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with non-stick spray
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
- Step 3: In another bowl, combine the honey, yogurt, melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing well until smooth
- Step 4: Mash the ripe bananas in a separate bowl until they are well mashed
