- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Preparation
- Step 1: Press the Saute button on the Instant Pot and heat the olive oil until shimmering
- Step 2: Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes
- Step 3: Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute, until fragrant
- Step 4: Add the beef tips and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes
- Step 5: Add the thyme, salt, pepper, and paprika, and stir to combine
